Nice, I like all the depth of field camera stuff and what you're doing with the title is pretty cool, I hope you're keeping that in :D

Hey thanks. I think I will. :D

This is going to sound harsh, but I never saw the point of motion comics. Why not just put buttons so people can read at their own pace, or create a series of character pieces and just tween them?

Kind of late for that now, since I'm not doing motion comics any more. :D But I know what you mean. It's not an easy medium to work with, people read at different paces and it makes it hard for people to take in the visuals if they enjoy reading slower. Not sure what you mean by character pieces though...

And no, it's not harsh. ;)

cheers.

love your art. the depth and highlights look great

thanks!

So damn excited! This series is one of my favorites. It's really well done and I love the art. You have a very unique style! Keep up the epic work man! :)

Thank you very much. :D

Can't wait, I love everything in FAUX, especially since it became animated. Art, highlights, camera views, animation movement, story, voices...every-thing :D

sweet. thanks!

I'm looking forward to this. I see there will be a lot of content, so I presume the new episodes will be much longer than the previous ones.

That's the plan. Expecting it to clock above 10 minutes. I'm pretty excited about this one. Really enjoying making it.

Chapter 6 is going to be animated traditionally (pose to pose) and not with 2D rigs like in the 5th one. Would have thought it would take more time, but truth is rigs are so limiting. As soon as your have to do any sort of action scene it becomes a huge pain in the keister. redrawing has actually made things less annoying as I'm not fighting with rigs now and I can get more dynamic expressions and poses.

But this only works because this program makes it easy to colour and draw new shadows for each drawing.

tl;dr

yes! :D
